I just have to tell you that I have been in this residential home for the Elderly for 5 years now, and today was the first day that all the TV programmes were perfect on all TVs throughout this sprawling home, with all its blocks and split levels going from lower ground to 3rd floor in some places.

A very big thanks to Gary for his hard work yesterday, others had tried, but he certainly diagnosed the problem and got it right.

I must say too that apart from the fact that the theory was right, the professional way that the job was done just took my breath away. It is not often we see engineers going into such detail to make it a perfect job. This was as perfect as I have ever seen.

Following your installation of the Sky service at marine court, I feel we must contact you and let you know how the day went.

Seldom have we experienced such service as that supplied by "Richard and Dwight". They arrived by 8.45am and worked almost without a break until 6pm. Their helpful, friendly and professional attitude was apparent to all five residents who were converted to Sky by the time they left.

We were especially pleased to get the system up and running without the need to interfere with the building's present analogue system, which serves each of our 18 flats.
